HR Manager - Papagayo Curacao

PAPAGAYO Curacao is an international hotspot in the heart of the Caribbean with luxury villas on
one of Curaçao’s finest locations, an upscale design hotel on the beach, a trendy beach club
and a versatile beach plaza, home to a classy casino, a contemporary spa, a wide range of
restaurants and bars, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a supermarket, and various shops.

• Responsible for providing leadership, consultation and operational support to management on strategic and employee related matters;
• Develop, implement & communicate Company HR Policies applicable to Department Managers;
• Managing and coaching of the HR-employees;
• Foster and maintain relationships with board, management and employees in order to encourage a culture in line with the organization’s strategic goals;
• Reports to the Board.

• Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resources;
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry and/or a commercial organization;
• Strong experience in automating HR processes;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Enthusiastic, accountable and pro-active personality;
• Fluent in Dutch, English and Papiamento.
